A form for reviewing papers

Tim Kovacs I made this review form, based on a form for GECCO 2003. It identifies quite a few common shortcomings of papers and some of the main things that reviewers should look for (e.g. novelty). You may find it useful to consider such questions when reviewing papers or indeed when writing your own. (Some day, at the risk of pedantry, I may draw up a checklist for paper authors to go through before submitting.)
